Mental health housing

Victory House is a nurturing, supportive home for adults living with serious and persistent mental health challenges.

Every person is encouraged to live with dignity and purpose while being part of a welcoming community that values compassion and respect.

Our residents receive 24-hour on-site care and daily nursing support. They increase their stability, independence, and self-worth by working toward self-directed wellness goals that build on their strengths.

Our staff work closely with each resident, their care team, and families. Together we develop goals, build confidence, promote independence, and enhance life skills.

  • About Us

The Bloom Group acknowledges that we are located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We are grateful to work on this land and recognize the ongoing relationship these Nations have with their territory. We are committed to reconciliation and building respectful relationships with Indigenous communities.
