Our building’s studio apartments are for individuals on fixed or low incomes who are able to live independently. Residents enjoy a clean, well-maintained home.
Rents are according to BC Housing’s Homeless at Risk guidelines to ensure long-term affordability.

- Applications are considered on a case-by-case basis. We give priority to anyone experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. If any changes occur to your housing needs during the application process, it’s your responsibility to let us know.
- Please be prepared to provide proof of your identification, gross monthly income and assets. We’ll also ask for references.
- If we don’t have a suite available, we’ll put you on a waitlist. We’re unable to estimate the waiting time due to factors beyond our control.
