Supportive Housing
Cordova House provides supportive housing for adults 45 and older living with complex mental health, addiction, or chronic health challenges.
They get the stability, compassion, and support needed to live with comfort and dignity. It helps them avoid the crisis of homelessness.
Residents live as independently as possible in a safe, structured environment with access to personalized support. Staff assist with day-to-day tasks, encourage follow-through on medical appointments, and help residents stay connected to essential community and health services.
Three nutritious meals are provided daily to support well-being.
Tenants are respected as individuals. They’re free to make their own choices about how they manage their lives.
