Mental Health Housing

Santiago Lodge provides safe, supportive homes for adults living with mental health challenges who are ready for more independence.

Nursing support and access to community resources help promote health, recovery, and connection. We empower residents to build confidence, strengthen life skills, and take an active role in shaping their own well-being within a caring, inclusive community.

What we offerLong-term semi-independent supportive housing
Who is eligible?Adults over age 19 with a serious and persistent mental health issue who are unable to live independently.

  • Full-time licensed practical nurse (LPN)
  • Group activities
  • Worker program offering monthly allowance

Length of stayResidents are welcome to stay as long as they are able and as long as staff can adequately provide care as needed.
ParkingNo accessible parking designated on site. We recommend using HandyDART for convenient transportation.

How to Apply

Santiago Lodge can only accept referrals from a member of Vancouver Coastal Health’s Adult Mental Health Team. Please contact them directly at XXXXXXXXX.
