How to Apply
Email theview@thebloomgroup.org to state your interest. We will book a viewing appointment with you.
If you decide to apply after seeing the unit, fill out the Victory House application form.
We’ll ask you for proof of your income. This could include your previous year’s Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue Agency, recent income statements such as pay stubs and pension receipts (including Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, and Guaranteed Income Supplement), and bank statements.
If we don’t have a suite available, you will be placed on a waitlist. We’re unable to estimate the waiting time due to factors beyond our control.
